Conditional Use Application: 1624 S 1000 W

Salt Lake City has received a request from Stephan Springer, representing the property owner, seeking Conditional Use approval for an addition to the Samoan Independent Seventh Day Association of Churches building located at 1624 S 1000 W. The project consists of the addition of a two-story sanctuary with a second floor added above the existing building. The proposed addition will provide a new building entrance and pre-function lobby, a sanctuary, an accessible elevator to the second floor with access to a large classroom, visiting pastor’s apartment, offices, and observatory overlooking the sanctuary.
