Planned Development: 1532 S 900 W

Santiago Tovar, representing the property owner, has submitted an application to the city for a Planned Development and a 2-lot subdivision. The request is to modify the minimum lot width and setback requirements for one of the proposed lots. The purpose of this request is to create an additional building lot to develop a single-family home.
