Planned Development - brix on tenth
REQUEST: The Planning Division has received a petition for a Planned Development at the properties 1549, 1551, 1567 S 1000 W, and 1550 and 1544 S 900 W. Garbett Homes is proposing a development with 46 for-sale townhomes. This development will be built to the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy ready standard and will be an all-electric community. There are two and three bedroom options and each unit will have a two-car garage. As apart of the Planned Development, they are requested the following modifications from zoning: To allow the north balconies encroach into the side yard setback, an exception from the interior glass percentage standards, and additional height of 4’ (for a total height 34’ ). Additional modifications may be considered as part of the review process.
