The Other Side Village (1850 W Indiana Ave.)

Tim Stay, representing The Other Side Village, LLC, is requesting Planned Development approval to develop property located at 1850 W Indiana Ave. with a total area of approximately 7.6 acres. The project site is located in the FB-UN2 Form Based Urban Neighborhood District. The proposal includes a walkable urban neighborhood of mixed uses to be known as “The Other Side Village” (TOSV). The proposed development will provide permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness as well as services and resources including on-site healthcare, medical services, and gathering spaces for members of TOSV community. 

Per City Code 2.60.050 - The recognized community organization chair(s) have forty five (45) days to provide comments, from the date the notice was sent. A public hearing will not be held, nor will a final decision be made about the project within the forty-five (45) day notice period. This notice period ends on the following day: April 16th, 2023.
