Join us for a day full of art! We highlight artists based in Glendale and neighboring communities and seek to promote the hard work of our partner organizations and those participating arts organizations that engage our community members.
We love to bring more art to Glendale, develop ongoing partnerships with like-minded community organizations, highlight community artists and organizations, and bring our community together!
Some of our programs include:
- Giant puppet interactive and parade - Making Waves Artist Collaborative
- Community mural designed by indigenous artists with connections in Glendale - Lost Eden Arts Collective
- Student-led and run engagement activity - University of Utah’s “Art in Community” class
- Micro Movie Theatre showing film shorts - Utah Film Center & SpyHop Youth Media
- Live music and dance performances - KRCL
- Food options from around the world - Spice Kitchen Incubator, IRC (Int'l Refugee Committee)
- Artist Market – art vendors selling their wares
- Artist Demonstrations – artists working in various media demonstrating how they create their work
- Non-profit arts organizations – sharing information and offering activities
