For our April cleanup, we’re teaming up with the Jordan River Commission, Salt Lake Public Lands, and friends for an Earth Day Jordan River Cleanup!
The first annual clean-up of the Jordan River for Earth Day will be from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on April 22.
Bring the family and enjoy a FREE grab n’ go breakfast followed by a community workday to protect and preserve our Jordan River.
This is an amazing opportunity to join other members of our community in cleaning up our 17-mile share of the beautiful Jordan River. Some of the projects will include weed and trash removal, in-river clean-up, art projects, and more.

8:00 AM – Volunteer check-in & breakfast
8:30 AM – Remarks from Mayor Mendenhall and other river activists
9:00 AM – Disperse to project locations
