Art at the Gardens - April 25, 2026

Join us for a FREE celebration of the Arts! Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the International Peace Gardens (1060 S 900 W). The event will take place from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Volunteers Needed - Saturday, April 25

1st Shift, 8:00 - 11:00 am
- Setup and assistance
- Needs: ability to lift 50 lbs

2nd Shift, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

- General assistance
- Needs: interested in engaging with people

3rd Shift, 2:00 - 5:00 pm

- Breakdown and cleanup
- Needs: ability to lift 50 lbs

MAKING WAVES - Celebrate the Species
Try on giant puppets – be a pelican, brine shrimp, blue heron or other critter from the Great Salt Lake, learn a song, take part in a puppet parade, and perform your song on our stage!

ARTIST RUN CLUB
Take an easy 3-mile jog around the neighborhood to check out local art. This local running club combines running and art weekly. Here is the run schedule:
• 10:50 am Meet at the entrance to the Peace Gardens (just inside the main gates)
• 11:00am Start Run
• Noon or so - Return to Art @ the Gardens, grab a bite and check out all of our activities!
Suggested attire: Shorts, t-shirts, road shoes, and a hand held water bottle is highly recommended as it could be warm!

AT THE OPERA
Join this pop-up of opera singers sharing their amazing voices around the event. Sopranos, altos, tenors and bassos, oh my! You’ll see them on the Main Stage, in Italy and around the park.
