On July 8, the Planning Commission voted to table action on the Zoning Map Amendment at Approximately 1379 and 1395 W Van Buren and 1384 W Harris – PLNPCM2026-00369. This will give Planning staff time to review the counter-conditions presented by the applicant during the meeting. The Zoning Map Amendment will be put on the agenda again in the near future, but we do not yet know the date for this subsequent meeting.

Regarding the Zoning Map Amendment at 1469 W. California Ave PLNPCM2026-00385- this rezone application has not yet been added to an upcoming Planning Commission agenda.

On June 3, 2026, the Glendale Neighborhood Council held a special meeting to discuss two potential residential rezones.
