Salt Lake City has received a request for an alcohol establishment (brewpub) at 730 W 900 S. The applicant intends to utilize an existing building and does not plan to make external or structural changes to the building. A Brewpub is allowed as a Conditional Use in the R-MU – Residential Mixed Use zoning district subject to certain size limitations. Please note that the project site is within the Poplar Grove Community Council area, but is within 300 feet of the Glendale Neighborhood Council.
