Three Eagles Planned Development (1375 S 1000 W): A Planned Development petition to divide the property into three (roughly) 7,000 square-foot lots for new single-family houses. One of the lots would not have frontage onto 1000 W (the access would be through an easement and driveway), which requires Planned Development approval.
